Training Company Newsletter. The objective was to reach a target audience of around 4000 subscribers, informing them of special, time-limited offers. The newsletter was sent out three times, each time achieving the desired conversion rate.
The newsletter was delivered using a bespoke email campaign system I developed, personalised to each subscriber and with all click-throughs tracked with a unique ID. It was very successful in winning business for the company, and also generating repeat sales.
I created the email campaign software, the html newsletter design, all graphics, copy and layout.
The campaign manager software was developed by myself using a combination of SQL Server, a web database front-end and Outlook Software. All email addresses were managed independently and every single email sent out was individually tracked with history stored to prevent duplicate/unwanted emailings.
Subscriptions and opt-outs are all managed and fully-responsive to recipient requests to be removed from/added to the list or have their details updated.
